and Conditions of purchases from Watson Enterprises
By
placing an order at or accepting a delivery from watscomputerparts.com, you
(“Customer”) understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed
below. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and
conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this
agreement and, therefore, are null and void. These terms and conditions are
subject to change or revision at any time, without prior notice.
Privacy
Policy
All funds for merchandise are collected through PayPal. Please see the Paypal Privacy statement for details for more information
about how Paypal uses this information.
Watscomputerparts.com
collects information about our customers to enable us to process orders,
improve our site, and provide better services. For your protection, we do not
sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. We reserve the right to
contact you with periodic email offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any
time. We offer an unsubscribe link in all promotional emails we send, and honor
all unsubscribe requests initiated from within such emails.
Payment
By placing an order with us, you agree to the total dollar amount of the sale,
and authorize Watscomputerparts.com to collect payment via the payment method
specified.
We
accept payment online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover
cards issued in the United
States of America,
Canada,
or Puerto Rico. Cards issued
elsewhere are not accepted. Telephone orders for purchase or inquiry for
unlisted items can be made by calling our local and toll
free numbers between 9am and 6pm Eastern Time, Monday through
Friday. Our support
page is available for telephone and email responses. If you are
unable to reach us by phone, please leave a message on the voice recorder and
you will receive a call back within 24 hours.
Prior
to charging your order, we will attempt to authorize your card for the
specified dollar amount of your order. If your card is declined, your order
will be cancelled. If your card is declined, you may place a new order with an
alternate payment method, or you can correct the reason for failure with your
card issuer. Credit card authorizations are immediate and can be reversed by
email or by phone request.
Credit
Verification
By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are an authorized user of any
credit card, debit card. It is your responsibility to provide the
correct billing address on file with your card issuer. Failure to
do so may delay your order.

reserves the right to contact the issuing bank and/or the billing or shipping
party to obtain valid billing information or to verify the legitimacy of your
order. Orders failing to pass our credit verification process will be cancelled
at our discretion. Individuals or organizations that attempt to place a
fraudulent order with us may face legal action.
Tax
By law, we are required to charge 7 percent. These are Georgia
and local taxes.
If
you have a current sales tax license, you may supply us with a copy of your
license to have your tax waived. If you supply us with a sales tax license, it
is your responsibility to fax a new copy once your old license expires.
Shipping
and Delivery
We ship all orders through Federal Express. Once shipped, your package(s) will
be subject to Federal Express’s terms and conditions. Orders placed before 5pm Eastern Time (the shipping
cutoff) are normally shipped the within 3 business days, subject to product
availability and credit verification. Shipping charges are based on
weight and destination. Free shipping is available via Federal Express
Ground when specified on the home page. At an additional charge, expedited
shipping options are also available. Federal Express does not deliver or
transport packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Federal
Express will not deliver packages to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. It is your
responsibility to provide a valid, complete, physical shipping address for
delivery. We encourage you to use the same billing and shipping address for
your order. Using an alternate shipping address is acceptable, subject to
credit verification. Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are
subject to a minimum $10.00 rerouting/reshipping fee, at our discretion. Any
package that is refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a
minimum $10.00 refusal/delivery failure fee and recovery of shipping fees.
Depending
on the value, destination, and/or weight of your package, we may send your
package with an adult signature required upon delivery (minimum age: 21). Federal
Express will not deliver a package with this requirement without obtaining a
valid signature.
If
your shipment is delayed for an excessive length of time, or if Federal Express
has delivered the package but you have not taken possession of it, we will
initiate a tracer investigation with Federal Express upon your request. This
process takes 1-9 business days. You agree that Federal Express’s findings will
determine the options we offer you upon completion of the tracer.
Non-USA Orders
We only process international orders that exceed $1,000.00 USD, which must be
paid for via bank-to-bank wire transfer prior to shipment. Please contact us at

details. International customers assume all responsibilities for shipping
costs, including but not limited to import taxes, customs, duties, and
value-added taxes. These costs will be disclosed to you by Federal Express
prior to delivery. Depending on current laws, embargoes, or restrictions,
certain countries may not be eligible to receive shipments originating in the United
States.
Order
Cancellation
You may contact us to cancel an order before our shipping cutoff of the day it
is scheduled to ship. If you contact us after this time and your order has
already been shipped, it will be subject to our return policy.
Returns We accept returns subject to the following conditions:
a.
Product condition: The item must be returned to us unopened, in its
original packaging and condition, and with all supplemental materials.
Return requests for items that have been opened, altered, damaged, used, and/or
installed are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be refused at our sole
discretion.
b.
Time limits: We will only accept returns within 30 days of your original
invoice date.
c.
RMA number: We will only accept returns with return merchandise
authorization number (RMA number). Call or email us to obtain an RMA number. We
reserve the right to refuse issuance of an RMA number if your return request
fails to meet the necessary conditions detailed in this section.
d.
Return form: We will only accept any returns that contain a signed copy of
our return form, Please email or call for this form. It will be faxed or
emailed to you. Provide return email and/or fax number.
e.
Shipping: Shipping fees are not refundable. It is your responsibility to
ship your return to us. For your protection, we suggest using a reputable
carrier, and selecting tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance options.
We are not responsible for packages lost en route to us. Watscomputerparts.com
will not pay for return shipping except at our sole discretion.
Defective Items:
Hardware is considered defective if it fails to operate within
manufacturer specifications. In some cases defective “Retail Box” hardware is
the responsibility of the manufacturer. Defective hardware will be handled by
Watscomputerparts.com on a case-by-case basis.
Any
customer reporting a defective item will be subject to a minimum $55.00 testing
fee if the item is found to be in working order by our technicians.
You
have 30 days following receipt of a replacement item to ship the original item
back to Watscomputerparts.com. After these 30 days has passed, your card will
be charged for the value of the replacement item.
Product
Availability
We do not offer real-time inventory updates on our website. In the event that
you place an order for a backordered item or items, we will send you an email
with an estimated shipment date. We reserve the right to update our estimated
shipping date at any time. Since Paypal will automatically charge your credit
card at time of transaction, Watscomputerparts.com offers refunds on items that
it cannot get in a reasonable amount of time.
Depending on stock, backordered or discontinued items may be switched to an
item of equal or greater functionality. You will be informed of the potential
for this switch in the product description of the item.
Typographical
and Photographical Errors
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for a product which
contains a typographical or pricing error. Photographs and images are provided
for illustrative purposes only, and do not necessarily indicate the actual
appearance of the product.

Types
By placing an order with us, you indicate that you have read and understand our
“Product Types” popup, which is available from any product page. You also indicate
that you understand and accept any limitations of the particular product
type(s) you are purchasing.

manufacturer.

Matching Watson Enterprises does not offer price matching services of any kind.
Limitation
of Liability In no event shall we be liable for any indirect,
special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss
of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
